4-year Aviation Battery for Defibtech Lifeline VIEW/ECG/PRO AEDs

The TSO-C142a Aviation Defibtech Lithium Battery Pack is the replacement disposable lithium manganese dioxide battery designed exclusively for your Defibtech Lifeline VIEW/ECG/PRO AED. This battery offers a 4-year life in rescue ready mode and comes with a full 4-year manufacturer's warranty. It has a capacity of up to 125 shocks or 8 hours of continuous operation.

How to Determine if Your Defibtech VIEW/ECG/PRO Needs a Replacement Battery:

• Check the status indicator located next to the On/Off button. If it is not flashing green, press the center "soft-key" button to activate the display screen.
• The battery status indicator will show the remaining battery life. The AED will also emit an audible "chirp" to signal an alert condition.

It's important to always leave the battery in the AED to keep it in "Rescue Ready" mode. Since Defibtech brand AEDs operate solely on batteries, it's always a good idea to have a fully charged spare on hand.

Installation Instructions:

1. Remove the old battery by pushing the battery pack release latch located just below the battery and above the electrode storage slot. Wait 10 seconds before installing the new battery.
2. Push the new battery into the slot until you hear the latch click, indicating the battery is securely installed.
3. Once installed, the AED will perform a battery pack insertion test. After the test completes, the unit will report the battery pack status and then return to standby mode.
